Wilton - Open Space or Development?

I was dropping off a car load of kids of at camp this morning, and decided to take "the back road" home. Seely Road is a "scenic road" here in Wilton, which intersects with Canon Road, another beautiful and historic road. At this intersection are 2 for sale signs, both large parcels of land, one is 10+ acres and the other 30+ acres. There are rolling hills, trees and our trademark stone walls. With these 2 parcels for sale, what will become of this land? Open space? Houses? Perhaps a neighborhood Starbucks?
