In Memory of Stuart Goldfarb Beloved Brewster Postal Worker

Cover Image for In Memory of Stuart Goldfarb Beloved Brewster Postal Worker

If you ever had the pleasure of being one of Stuart Goldfarb's customers at the Brewster Post Office, consider yourself lucky. We were told that Stuart passed out while working the morning of Friday, April 3rd and passed away shortly after.

How shocked our community is to learn that they will no longer see his smiling face or hear his words of welcome. Although an obituary has yet to be released, information on services can be found at McHoul's Funeral Home at 895 Route 82 in Hopewell Junction. Services will be held on Saturday April 11 at 2-4pm & 7-9pm with Military Honors will be conducted at 7:30 pm.

A condolences book is at the Brewster Post Office if you wish to express your sympathies. Kind words of what a wonderful man Stuart was can be found on social media outlets and overheard at social gatherings and community events. Sentiments like:

"You couldn't be in a bad mood once you were helped by Stuart."

"Stuart always had a smile on his face and a kind word"

"His customer service was the best ~ Brewster just won't be the same"

"Stuart always went out of his way to help"

Rest in peace Stuart Michael Goldfarb, Brewster will remember you fondly.
