Carmel Resident in "Chopped" at Home Food Network Challenge

Food Network's popular show "Chopped" is a cooking competition show that is all about skill, speed and ingenuity. 4 Chefs are judges by industry experts and a winner is chosen. Now you can be the judge! Chopped at Home Challenge presented by Sargento is opening up the voting to the public. At the end of each round, judges will review and rate all of the submissions. Finalists will be selected based on a combination of the judges' ratings and the number of votes received.

Carmel resident, Tara Eacobacci entered the Challenge with her dish "Tara's stuffed thighs rice nachos drizzled with luscious cheese." The challenge voting runs from May 23rd to June 13th. She made the dish from four required ingredients and now friends, family, and the world can vote! Click here to see and vote for Tara's entry.

"I have many food allergies. I am Gluten Free and deathly allergic to Garlic and onions," explains Tara, "This dish just happens to be Gluten Free without garlic and onions, but full of flavor." Tara's goal is to hopefully get a show on Food Network to teach people how to cook for people that have allergies.
