Yoga for Teens October 6 and 13 at Patterson Library

This two-week yoga class will help reduce stress, build self-confidence, and empower teens. Students will engage in yoga poses, breathing, and relaxation techniques that can build a greater awareness of self. Teens will learn to focus on their own inner beauty while exploring balance, strength, and flexibility. Props and mats are supplied, but feel free to bring your own. For ages 13 - 17. Registration required.
