Basic ESL classes held at the Brewster Public Library

There will be a Basic ESL class held at the Brewster Public Library on Thursdays, from 10:00-11:30 am, beginning October 19.  This eight-week class will focus on practical communication skills and is aimed at helping anyone who has limited English, but wants help improving their spoken and written English.  This course will be taught by Steve Rome, a certified TEFL instructor, who has just returned from teaching ESL in Taiwan.  Steve has recently retired from the Yorktown School District where he taught Social Studies, French and Spanish for over 30 years.  Registration is required.  For additional information visit http://tinyurl.com/y8hxperk or call the library at 845-279-6421.
