Public Information Meeting


Dear Town of Southeast Resident:

The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the Town of Southeast will be holding a Public Information Meeting to discuss PIN 8761.70 — Welfare Road Over East Croton River (Tributary), Town of Southeast, Putnam County, N.Y. This project proposes to replace the culvert beneath Welfare Road near the intersection of Sherwood Hill Road. The information meeting will be held at the Town Board meeting on Thursday, February 22"d, 2017 at 7:00 pm at the Town Hall Court Room, 1360 Route 22, Brewster, N.Y. 10509.


This Public Information Meeting is part of the continuing effort by The Town of Southeast and the New York State Department of Transportation to encourage public input into transportation projects. The purpose of the meeting is to obtain comments on the proposed project from individuals, groups, officials and local agencies.
