11th Annual Rhubarb Festival in Sherman
The White Silo Farm & Winery is hosting their 11th annual Rhubarb Festival June 16th and June 17th from 12-5 PM.
They will be serving small plates of rhubarb dishes prepared with farm grown rhubarb for $5 per portion. This year’s menu includes Pulled pork sandwiches with Rhubarb Slaw, Crostini Three ways (smoked rhubarb, rhubarb jam, rhubarb mustard/cheese, Roasted Rhubarb and goat Cheese Salad with Rhubarb Vinaigrette, Ginger Rhubarb Panna Cotta, Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp, and Rhubarb Pizza, plus additional surprises. Live music both days - Saturday: Al Rivoli, and Sunday: Marty Meyer.
