Winter Parking Rules in Effect in Carmel!
The Town of Carmel Winter Parking rules are in effect. Section
"No person shall park a vehicle upon any highway within the Town of Carmel between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. between November 15 and April 15 of each year, except on the streets and parts of streets indicated in Schedule IX (§ 147-49)"
