The Danbury Area Mentor of the Year Award will be presented to LouAnn Bloomer, Founder, President & CEO of TBICO, at Western Connecticut State University.

The Women's History Month Program, at WCSU. 
Date: March 21, 2013 
Place: WCSU Student Theater in the Student Center,
on White Street Campus. 
Time: Program will start at 7:30 p.m. 

All students, alumni, staff, Board members, friends and supporters of TBICO are welcome to come to the program that will include videos, slide shows, music, and presentations.
