CityCenter Danbury is thrilled to announce the grand opening of the 2024 Danbury Farmers Market on Saturday, June 22nd promising a vibrant and community-focused event at the City Center Green, located at 1 Ives St, Danbury, CT 06810. From 10 AM to 2 PM, attendees can enjoy a delightful blend of local vendors, live entertainment, and family-friendly activities.
We invite residents and visitors alike to join us in celebrating the vibrant community spirit and the bounty of fresh, locally sourced products. Featuring over 17 vendors from across Connecticut, the market offers a diverse array of freshly grown produce, eggs, flowers, plants, jewelry, wines and more! Shoppers can support local farmers and artisans while enjoying the festive atmosphere with families and friends.
Highlights of the Grand Opening Event:
Ringing of the Bell Ceremony: Join local officials and special guests as we officially open the market.
Live Music and Entertainment: Enjoy live performance by “Rock Steady” who will provide upbeat music, setting the perfect tone for a fun-filled day.
Kids' Activities: Families are encouraged to bring their children, as there will be games and activities specifically designed for young attendees.
Vendor Spotlight: Meet and support our diverse group of vendors offering everything from fresh produce and cheeses to baked goods, coffee and handmade crafts.
The Danbury Farmers Market is committed to operating rain or shine. In the event of rain, the market will move to the Patriot Garage (21 Delay St.), parking level 4, ensuring that the fun continues without interruption. Two-hour courtesy parking at the Patriot Garage is provided by Danbury Farmers Market.
