Make Your Own Yankee Doodles!

Have no fear, you can now whip up your own Yankee Doodles at home.  It is really quite easy. Make a batch of chocolate cupcakes.  A box mix will do.  Then whip up the following ingredients until fluffy and use a pastry bag with a 1/4 opening to fill the cupcakes. Voila!

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
3/4 cup Marshmallow Fluff
2 tablespoons heavy cream
