Perpetual Insights Names Shannon Silsby, of Darien, as Principal

Consumer brand recruitment firm Perpetual Insights, today announced that Darien’s Shannon Silsby has been promoted to Principal. Silsby joined Perpetual Insights in 2014 as Director. In her new role, she will report to Perpetual Insights’ Managing Partner Steve Morrissey, also of Darien, focusing on strengthening and advancing Perpetual Insights’ competitive position and accelerating the company’s growth.

Prior to joining Perpetual Insights, Silsby spent the majority of her brand management career at Unilever where she led local and global brands and blazed trails in strengthening the MBA internship recruitment program. Most recently she served as Senior Brand Manager at Sun Products ($2B former Unilever laundry portfolio), where she directed the launch of some of the company’s most successful brand innovations and led corporate brand planning. Silsby also held brand leadership roles at Combe Inc., a privately-held personal care leader, where her skills at creating brand growth netted two best of category innovation awards.
