Why did you start your nonprofit?

Our non-profit was formed to help those recovering from trauma and addiction heal with equine therapy.

Our two-hour sessions are open to all to experience equine-assisted therapy.

The Serenity Project is located at 46 Great Island in Darien. 

The Project combines traditional talk therapy facilitated by a licensed therapist with the transformative insights that only direct interactions with horses can offer. The Serenity Project provides these services free to those in need.
