Chamber Jam presents OKTOBERFEST 2024!
Raise your steins and prepare for a spirited Oktoberfest extravaganza at The Gardener’s Center! The Chamber Jam Committee is excited to introduce the Darien Chamber of Commerce's inaugural event, OKTOBERFEST, on Saturday October 5th, a fusion of community camaraderie and festive cheer.
Join us for an evening filled with live music, traditional Oktoberfest games, and an array of authentic drinks and dishes. Your participation not only strengthens the bond between local businesses and residents but also fuels essential Chamber programs to strengthen member businesses and initiatives.
Feast on traditional Bavarian cuisine crafted by Michael Joseph's, sip on German-style beers courtesy of Nod Hill Brewery, and indulge in wine and cocktails from Sipstirs. A roaming polka band will kick off the festivities, followed by two complete sets from one of Darien’s beloved cover bands, Tangled Vine.
Uber and ride sharing is strongly encouraged. Gates open at 6pm, 21+ only.
A selection of silent auction donors will be previewed. Bidding will start live 10 days prior to the event. Mark your calendars! Proceeds benefit The Chamber and the Chamber Charitable Foundation’s College Scholarship Program.
