FAU Couch to 5K
Get moving and get ready for the FAU Homecoming 5K on October 23! This four-week program is open to FAU students, faculty, and staff and is designed for all fitness levels.
Build your endurance through progressive run/walk workouts, on campus walks and runs. No running experience required, just start where you are and work toward 5K race day!
