Flow Through History: Yoga at Historic Town Hall

Experience Historic Town Hall in an entirely new way with Flow Through History , a special 60-minute yoga experience at The Schmidt Boca Raton History Museum. Led by Mallory Hopes , local yoga instructor and Boca mom, the class will feature a beautiful, accessible flow, calming stretches, and a relaxing guided meditation, all within the unique setting of one of Boca Raton’s most historic landmarks. Designed for all ages and experience levels , the class welcomes everyone from experienced yogis to those stepping onto the mat for the first time. Please bring your own yoga mat and water . Tickets BRHS Members: $20 Non-Members: $30 Space is limited. Advance registration is required. Come find your flow and experience history from a whole new perspective. Meet Your Instructor: Mallory Hope Mallory Hope is a local yoga instructor and mom whose practice combines movement and postures designed to support the physical body while creating space to relax, reset, and reconnect. Her classes incorporate mindful movement and meditation to strengthen the mind-body connection, encouraging participants to let go of everyday stresses and tune in to what they need in the moment. Calm Yoga Flow will include slow stretches mixed with Vinyasa postures and finishing with a relaxing meditative savasana. Mallory is a 200-Hour Certified Yoga Instructor (YTT) and an 800-Hour Certified Yoga Therapist (IAYT) . She is excited to join the Wellness community at The Schmidt Boca Raton History Museum this season.
