Hosted at Taco Maki in Abacoa, this hands-on workshop combines short demonstrations with plenty of time to practice as you enjoy a custom four-course tasting menu and two craft cocktails. Each course is thoughtfully presented, giving you multiple opportunities to photograph, learn, and then enjoy every dish. Plus, participants can take advantage of all-day Happy Hour pricing throughout the evening. Rather than teaching elaborate food styling or studio lighting, this workshop focuses on the conditions you'll encounter every time you dine out. You'll learn simple, practical techniques for finding the best light, creating stronger compositions, adding depth, and capturing the atmosphere of the experience. Small adjustments in where you sit, how you position your camera, and how you frame a scene can dramatically improve your photographs without interrupting the moment.
