Thursday Nights in Wellington: Food Trucks | Live Music | Unique Vendors
Enjoy a variety of foods and desserts from approximately 18 food trucks and 35 local small business vendors in attendance each week, along with live performances by local tribute bands and music artists. Guest should bring their own blankets or chairs for seating.

Glazed & Fueled, Best Pizza Heaven, Crispy House, Fresh Flavor Fusion, G’s Hibachi, Hangry Joe’s, La Nostra Pizza, Mr. Lobster, TMI, Tulum Taco Shop, Uptown Deli, Wanna Chicken, Libation Nation, Sizzle N Fry, The Brasserie, and Giovanni’s Gourmet Italian Ice.
A rotating lineup of gourmet food trucks will be on-site each week. Follow @ThursdayNightsinWellington for the weekly lineup.
Holiday Food and Toy Drives Opens Thursday, September 3rd – Friday, December 11th, 2026
Food donations will be accepted from Thursday, September 3, through Friday, November 13, 2026. Residents are encouraged to donate non-perishable food items and are asked to ensure all donated items are unopened and have not expired.
Donations of new and unwrapped toys will be accepted from Thursday, September 3, through Friday, December 11, 2026.
Community support helps make Wellington’s Annual Holiday Food and Toy Drives a success and provides much-needed assistance to local families during the holiday season. Every donation helps bring comfort and joy to neighbors in need.
