Fairfield PreTeen Players Presents Schoolhouse Rock Live! Junior, July 26 & 27

The Fairfield PreTeen Players, a division of Fairfield Teen Theatre, which is supported in part by the Fairfield Parks & Recreation Department, is presenting its production of Schoolhouse Rock Live! Junior at the Fairfield Ludlowe High School auditorium on Friday, July 26 at 7PM and Saturday, July 27 at 7PM. Over sixty Fairfield elementary and middle school children in total are in two casts, which are led by director/producer, Christina Agvent. Pre-Teen Players' presentation of Schoolhouse Rock Live! Junior is its twelveth production.

Schoolhouse Rock Live! Junior is the story of a young teacher, named Tom who is at home nervously preparing for his very first day on the job. To relax, he watches television and is surprised to see "Schoolhouse Rock," a 1970's animated series. Five individuals suddenly appear in Tom's house. Manifestation of the different sides of Tom's personality, they have gathered to give Tom the confidence he needs and show him how to win his students over with imagination and music. By the time the show is over, Tom is more than ready to face his first day – school's in!

There are two casts, one cast rehearses in the morning and the second cast in the afternoon. The AM cast is presenting their show on Friday evening, July 26 at 7PM and the PM camp cast is presenting their show on Saturday evening, July 27 at 7PM. The performances are open to the general public and admission is $10 per person.

The box office will open in the lobby at 6:30PM at Fairfield Ludlowe High School, 785 Unquowa Road, Fairfield, CT.

The Saturday evening cast stars Laila Arslanagic, Emily Bretthauer, Grace Bretthauer, Isabella Capponi, Kathleen Carey, Patricia Carey, Alissa Ceruzzi, Sophia Chelstowski, Miah Cooper, Reed Cooper, Julia DiCesare, Laura Elwood, Olivia Geckeler, Lily Greco, Caroline Gremse, Erica Lapreay, Amy Li, Grace Ludlow, Kaitlyn Maloney, Kyra Proto, Sofia Tedesco, Derek Ye, and Serena Ye.
