FitCycle Marks Grand Opening in Fairfield

Fairfield, CT - FitCycle Studio recently celebrated its official grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Fairfield First Selectman Mike Tetreau, Fairfield Chamber of Commerce President Beverly Balaz and Economic Development Director Mark Barnhart.

FitCycle Studio is the town’s newest spinning studio located in the Sportsplex at 85 Mill Plain Road. Longtime Fairfield friends Joe and Sarah Oppedisano and Rob and Kerry Manning launched the spinning studio together. FitCycle offers a range of classes geared to performance and rhythm cycling for beginners to advanced riders. FitCycle has partnered with Stages Indoor Cycling to bring their clients the most technologically advanced indoor bikes to deliver the ultimate workout experience.

The FitCycle team of instructors bring a unique style to their classes. FitCycle classes deliver maximum cardiovascular work, calorie burn and muscle sculpting without the negative joint impact. While some exercise fads come and go, cycling has endured the test of time. FitCycle delivers this proven exercise staple to the moderate exerciser, the hard-core fitness warrior and the competitive athlete aiming to maximize their endurance, speed and strength levels.

The studio is open seven days a week. Classes are available early morning, mid morning, late morning and in the evening. Lockers and showers are provided for riders for commuter convenience. Cycling shoes can be bought or rented at FitCycle. Riders can also wear their own sneakers on the bikes.

The goal at FitCycle Studio is to provide their riders with the most enjoyable and energetic workout as possible while getting them in the best shape of their lives.
