Fairfield, CT - The Town of Fairfield’s Tree Warden announced that United Illuminating (UI) will continue its tree pruning/removal program on the following roads: Congress Street from Evergreen Hill Road to North Street and all of Longmeadow Road. UI will be working in this area for about the next two months.
In 2016, UI completed its pilot program in Fairfield to trim or remove trees. The pilot program was created to help the public better understand how this program will be implemented throughout the Town over the next five years.
