Why did you start your business?
Mike Baffa started Flipside Burgers & Bar. He was struggling to find a great burger. Cooking has always been a passion of his. Having owned a fine dining restaurant, he wanted to come up with inventive burgers using the fine dining experience as a catapult to create something awesome. So, by opening Flipside Burgers & Bar he was able to have a creative outlet for delicious food and cocktails in a comfortable and trendy environment.

Best selling product or service?
Our best selling products are the Mac ‘n Cheese burger (sirloin topped with house-made Mac ‘n cheese, bacon, American cheese, fresh pico and cheese sauce) or the savory and delicious shrimp Rangoon appetizer! Another home run has been the delicious margaritas created by our very own in house mixologist Stephanie McCool!
