
Stamford, CT: The annual Stamford Boys & Girls Club Corporate 5K takes place Tuesday, May 16 at Mill River Park! This will be the second year since the pandemic that the event is back in person! The event encourages co-workers to join us after the workday for fresh air, fun, and friendly competition. The flat 5K starts and finishes at Mill River Park and winds through new trails in Scalzi Park. Individuals and families are also welcome. After the race join your friends and co-workers for a drink and food trucks! Event proceeds benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Stamford.

Over 50 corporations have already formed teams from 3 members to 100+. Awards are presented to the top 3 team and individual corporate finishers in the following categories: Overall Team, Men’s Open, Men’s Masters (over 40), Women’s Open and Women’s Masters (over 40).
Boys & Girls Club of Stamford serves the most underserved youth of our community; 500+ at-risk K-12 youth daily. 95% of their youth come from diverse backgrounds and ethnicities, half come from households with annual income less than $15,000, and half come from single parent households for afterschool and summer camp programming.
