Why Small Businesses Matter
Shop small, do big things for your community
Why Small Businesses Matter puts a spotlight on the local merchants who donate their time, talent, goods, and services for the betterment of our community. The shop local movement spreads virally as local businesses who are “tagged” have the opportunity to share their story!
Meet Ivan Wright, General Manager and owner of The Wright Way Travel CT.
Why did you start your business?
I started my business out of passion for people and driving.I thank God for them both. We have to become bridges that create a diverse network into our communities and showcase the best of us.
What is your best selling product/service?
It's a toss up between Airport and Cruise Transportation. The customers enjoy the luxury of not having to drive in a high-traffic area for a great price.
How many local businesses do you use to support your business (products and services) and can you name them?
Have you reimagined your small business?
Yes. It started out as one thing but as time goes, I realize that the number of services I can provide to the will greatly impact our economic system and influence the process of transportation.
