Greenwich Police Department Car Show Raises Funds for Scholarship Program

The Greenwich Police Department Scholarship Fund Benefit Car Show returned in full force on Sunday, June 8, 2025, at Greenwich Town Hall, showcasing a stunning lineup of vintage, classic, and exotic vehicles and raising vital scholarship funds for the children of Greenwich Police Officers.

The family-friendly event welcomed hundreds of car enthusiasts and community members for a day filled with automotive excellence, music, and a sense of community pride.

"This event reminds us how generous and united our town is," said Greenwich Police Chief Jim Heavey. "The Greenwich Police Department is proud to serve such a supportive community. The Scholarship Fund helps ensure our officers' children have the chance to achieve their academic goals—and the success of this car show reflects how deeply our neighbors value that mission." Chief Heavey announced that the Greenwich Police Department Scholarship Fund provided 16 scholarships last year to college-aged students of current Greenwich Police Officers.
