Two HamletHub Editors Have a Rockin' Good Time

Chappaqua editor Sam Levine and I leapt at the opportunity to explore Mount Kisco’s newest center for excitement: Rockin’ Jump. The brand new 18,000 square foot facility practically screams fun, with a 10 foot high frog on the wall as soon as you walk through the door. We signed ourselves in, got our special grip socks and made a bee-line to the trampolines. With two dodge-ball courts, a basketball court, a two lane foam pit and a massive main bounce area, Rockin’ Jump really has something for everyone.

They offer open-jump all day and special weekly events, like Rockin’ Teen Fridays and Family Saturday nights, featuring a DJ spinning from 9pm to 11pm. There’s also Rockin’ tots for kids under six to come jump with their parents.

As a mixed martial arts and fitness trainer, I’m always looking for new and challenging ways to work out. I’m used to grueling kickboxing and grappling workouts for hours at a time, so I thought I wouldn’t be phased by jumping around for a bit. I couldn't believe the physical challenge of jumping for fifteen minutes on a trampoline. There is something incredibly entertaining about it and I even tried working a few tricks. The best part for me was that while I was having a blast, I didn’t even think of it like a workout.

In addition to the activity areas, Rockin Jump has a full service snack bar, lockers, and three different party rooms. For parents who are waiting for their kids and jumpers who need a break, there is a lounge area with multiple flat screen televisions and couches.

With awesome birthday parties, fundraising opportunities, team building and corporate event space, Rockin’ Jump is your go to destination for all your corporate events and family entertainment needs.
