Driving Under the Influence
October 13: Milford Police responded to a motor vehicle acccident in the area of Boston Post Road and Cherry Street. Investigation led to the arrest of George Curtus of Burlington who is accused of operating his motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
Violation of a Restraining Order
October 13:Milford Police responded to a Milford school on the report of a possible violation of a restraining order complaint. Investigation led to teh arrest of James Pettie of Norwalk who is accused of attempting to make contact with a individual who holds a full no-contact restraining order against him. Pettie was not allowed access into the school and was located later by Milford Police and taken into custody.
October 13: Milford Police observed Jeffrey Raytar of Milford walking with a female who holds a full no-contact portective order against him. The officer made contact with Raytar and placed him under arrest.
