On February 22, 2021 at approximately 6:30 AM, Milford Police responded to the intersection of E Broadway and Surf Ave on the report of a motor vehicle accident. A preliminary investigation conducted by the Milford Police Traffic Division revealed that Vehicle #1 was traveling eastbound on E Broadway and struck Vehicle #2 which was parked, unoccupied on E Broadway.
The operator and sole occupant of Vehicle #1 sustained life-threatening injuries and was immediately transported by the Milford Fire Department to Bridgeport Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
