Joe Majsak TRA's Founders Award Honoree

Join us on August 7, 5:30-7:30pm as we celebrate Joe Majsak, TRA volunteer driver and board member. TRA provides medical rides to adults over 60 and adults with low vision over 21 at no cost to the registered rider. Based in Westchester TRA is active through the lower Hudson Valley.

A great favorite with his riders during normal times, Joe and other TRA volunteer drivers spent the pandemic delivering food pantry items in underserved communities.  When not driving or attending to TRA board business, Joe was volunteering at the Community Unitarian Universalist Congregation,White Plains, and was a member of the Westchester Beemer Motorcycle Club.  Both he and his wife, Anne, are well known for their work with ARC Westchester. 

Joe retired in 2017 as Senior VP and Chief Marketing Officer at two subsidiaries of GenRe after a 32 year career. Get more information at www.my-TRA.org
