NEAD Spring Show Tickets on Sale
Each year, The New England Academy of Dance (NEAD) hold a Spring Performance to highlight the progress of all NEAD students. Each class has a special piece choreographed specifically for them. The show also offers a dance experience for the general public presenting either a full-length classical ballet or a medley of contemporary pieces. In past years, they have performed the classical ballets of Cinderella, A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Coppelia.
Recently we were treated to an impromptu performance of Cinderella at the New Canaan Food Revolution, and it was a real crowd pleaser (see attached images).
Spring Performance Schedule:
Saturday- June 11th
7:00pm – Cinderella (Ballet 4A through 6A, Enrichment class & NEDT Company)
Sunday- June 12th
11:00am – The Secret Garden (PreBallet 1, PreBallet 2 & Kinderballet)
1:00pm – The Secret Garden (Ballet 1, Ballet 2, Ballet 3 & Lyrical)
4:00pm – Cinderella (Ballet 4A through 6A, Enrichment class & NEDT Company)
Ticket Options:
~ The Secret Garden Ticket (General Admission Only) –
$15 – child/student/senior, $20 – adult
(One ticket gains admission to both the 11:00am & 1:00pm shows)
~ Cinderella Ticket (Saturday or Sunday)(Reserved Seating Only)
$20- child/student/senior, $25 – adult
(Gains admission to Cinderella only)

Seating Information:
*Both Sunday performances of The Secret Garden are GENERAL ADMISSION ONLY
*Both the Saturday & Sunday performances of Cinderella are RESERVED SEATING
*The Secret Garden and Cinderella are separate performances, requiring separate tickets
