- Thursdays: 9:15-10: 30 am
Suggested donation: $15-$20 per student. Parking Permit not required for the class.
Please Bring: Beach Blanket or Towel, Yoga Mat, Sunscreen & Water.
Rain or Shine: During inclement weather, we will practice under the Pavilion.
Please come and enjoy yourself; explore, stretch, play, frolic. Connect to the earth, the ocean, the air, and sun. Our intention is to connect us to this beautiful place and guide you on a nurturing journey into yourself.
