RNVA Announces Heather McGhie as Director of Home Care by RVNA
Non-medical home care agency is subsidiary of RVNA
Ridgefield, CT – The Ridgefield Visiting Nurse Association (RVNA) is pleased to announce that Heather McGhie has joined its staff as the director of Home Care by RVNA, RVNA’s non-medical home care subsidiary. McGhie has seven years of experience in non-medical home care agency leadership. Previously she was the director of VNA Home, Inc. in New Milford, Connecticut. McGhie is a licensed practical nurse and a certified Choices Counselor with over 33 years of nursing experience. She is a resident of New Milford.
McGhie says she was attracted to join RVNA “because of its stellar reputation.” “I love being able to help seniors remain safely in their homes,” McGhie said, “and I know that RVNA is committed to the same objective.”

Home Care by RVNA is a non-medical home care agency that provides live-ins, home health aides, homemakers and companions to clients whose needs do not require medical oversight of their care. For clients that do require medical oversight of their care, RVNA provides nursing oversight of their cases.
