The Corporation for New Milford Economic Development (“The Corporation”) with seed funding provided by the Town of New Milford announces Pop-Up New Milford to assist small businesses who have an interest in opening a retail store.
What is it:
The Corporation is finalizing a lease for a downtown New Milford retail location and will offer subleases to businesses in 1-week to 4-week increments. It's a great opportunity to test your business proposition in a highly desired location with great foot traffic...all without taking the huge leap of signing a multi-year lease.
