The Friends of the New Haven Animal Shelter are holding a mini adoption event this Saturday, March 8th from 11am-2pm at the North Haven Petco located at 200 Universal Drive.
They have teamed with Helping Hands community thrift store and furniture bank to collect your gently used furniture, appliances, clothing and more. For a complete list please see accompanying flyer.
Help raise money for the New Haven Animal Shelter, one the the largest municipal shelters in the state. With over sixty dog kennels and thirty cat compartments, the shelter will often take in as many as 900 dogs and cats each year. They are also responsible for investigating over 1000 animal related calls per year.
