The New Haven Theater Company proudly presents The Magician, written, directed and designed by Drew Gary. Playing for 6 dates only at the English Building Market at 839 Chapel Street, New Haven.
The story of a jaded middle aged magician, Mark Wonderton, who along with his hothead manager Ronnie reminisce while drinking after his matinee show. Set in the dingy Four Movements Casino in Las Vegas, as Mark is ponders his life he receives some devastating news, which culminates in his giving the performance of his life that evening. The Magician asks what remains when the wonder of life has faded?
