Wondering why the Flags are at Half-Staff? Ask Steve.

Were you wondering why so many American flags are at half-staff today? It’s in honor of National Police Week. There were some flag-wavers in Newtown who didn’t get the memo, but Head o Meadow School sure did. Here’s the school’s pal and protector, police officer Steve Borges. He’s from Danbury, but the gang from HOM is glad he’s here in Newtown. So, if you see Steve or any of the other folks on the force, be sure to say, “Thanks!”
