Irish Oatventure!

Follow me along as we tour the southeastern Irish countryside and learn all about the oat making process at the Flahavan family oats factory. 

Flahavan's has been milling oats at the family mill in Kilmacthomas, Co. Waterford for over 200 years, and produces Ireland's most delicious and nutritious oats. 

I had a wonderful experience staying at the breathtaking Cliff House Hotel in Ardmore, dining at the Flahavan's home, and seeing the unique and creative ways oats go beyond porridge.
