Norwalk Community Health Center (NCHC) COVID19 self-test kits will be distributed to the public on February 5 from 9 am to 12 noon, at its 55 Chestnut South Norwalk site, at Smilow Life Center. The at-home test kits will be limited to two kits per household, at no cost, while supplies last. Snow date is February 12.
In addition to the at-home COVID19 tests, Norwalk Community Health Center at Smilow Life Center provides community PCR COVID19 tests on Tuesdays and Thursday, by appointment only. To request a PCR COV1D19 test appointment, click here. Those being tested at NCHC at Smilow will also receive one free at-home COVID19 test kit.
