Make Truffles With Chocopologie’s Chef & Owner Fritz Knipschildt

Truffle making workshops will be held on February 16 and March 29

If you are a chocolate fanatic, a fan of SoNo’s Chocopologie Café, or both, why not learn how to make the sweet confections that Fritz Knipschildt sells at his popular patisserie? On February 16 or March 29 from 6 p.m.-8 p.m. at the Clark Culinary Center located at 64 South Main Street, you can learn about, make, and take home those wonderful chocolates in a truffle making workshop with Fritz himself!
