Laugh attack when four of NYC's funniest comedians star in A Night of New York Comedy at The Ridgefield Playhouse

                   On Saturday, April 28, at 8 p.m., A Night of New York Comedy is coming to The Ridgefield Playhouse with four of NYC's funniest comedians who appear on Letterman, Comedy Central, The Tonight Show and HBO.  Ray Ellin will host the riotous evening starring Ross Bennett, Gregg Rogell and Mike Vecchione, each critically-acclaimed as hilarious. Tre Restaurant (109 Danbury Rd., Ridgefield) is offering a free glass of house wine with dinner the night of the show when tickets are shown. Media sponsor is i95fm - The Home of Rock n' Roll.

                Ray Ellin is the host of LateNet with Ray Ellin, the first comedy/variety show to play to in-studio and interactive online audiences. He has been the host and writer of the syndicated television shows The Movie Loft, New York Now, PremiumTV, and BrainFuel TV and is currently hosting the all-new Gong Show Live, a resurrection of the legendary ‘70s talent competition.  Funny man Ross Bennett is known as a high-powered performer who has appeared on a variety of TV shows including Comedy Central, Showtime, CBS, A&E, Fox and USA. Ross has performed at the world famous Montreal Just For Laughs Comedy Festival, The Capetown South Africa Comedy Festival, and the Boston Comedy Festival.

                   Entertainer Gregg Rogell has made several appearances on The Tonight Show and Late Night with Conan O'Brien and has had his own Comedy Central half-hour special.  He has appeared on the hit show Louie on FX, and was featured in the movie The Aristocrats.  Comedian Mike Vecchione has been on The Tonight Show and his own Comedy Central special. He was one of the main contestants on Season 7 of NBC's reality competition series Last Comic Standing and has performed on Comedy Central's "Live at Gotham" and IFC's hit show "Z-Rock." He won the People's Choice Award for Favorite Comic at the NY Comedy Festival.
