Cook dinner? Not impossible when Food Network Chef Robert Irvine stars at The Ridgefield Playhouse

Who better to give cooking tips for a crowd just in time for all that holiday cooking than Food Network star Robert Irvine who makes any dinner “possible”!  His hit cooking show “Dinner:  Impossible” Live is coming to The Ridgefield Playhouse on Sunday, December 2, at 8 p.m. The high-energy chef and restaurateur will cook in his multimedia, multi-sensory style making cooking an athletic event. A wine tasting will take place in the lobby at 7:15 p.m., and a chef’s signing after the show will feature Irvine’s books, shirts and more gift items. This special event is sponsored by Best Cellars and Ridgefield Prime with partial underwriting by Albano Appliances & Service and HB Group.

Brand new music and video content specifically produced for this show combine seamlessly with the cooking to provide an experience like no other.  Multiple cameras set up on the stage provide a close-up view of the master at his craft.  In each segment of the show, Robert will face a new and unique culinary challenge. Is he up for it?  The audience will see it all live!

Chef Irvine has cooked his way through Europe, the Far East, the Caribbean and across America on his two hit Food Network series, “Dinner: Impossible” and “Restau- rant: Impossible”. He is the author of Mission: Cook! – My Life, My Recipes, And Making The Im- possible Easy. At the Playhouse, Chef Irvine will whip up meals-impossible with a little help from the audience and may even use items he finds at the lobby’s concession stand.
