Jacqueline “JJ” Julia Garzarelli Brice, 16, of Ridgefield, daughter of John T. and Lorraine (Garzarelli) Brice, died on Thursday, August 4, 2011 from injuries as a result of a motor vehicle accident in Ridgefield.
JJ was born in Niskayuna, NY, January 9, 1995 and was a student in the Class of 2013 at Ridgefield High School. She was a cheerleader, played lacrosse and participated in the Relay for Life.
"She will be sorely missed for her infectious personality and laugh, zest for life, her energy and devotion to her friends," say family members.
In addition to her parents, John and Lorraine of Ridgefield, she is survived by her two brothers, Michael Brice and twin brother, Christopher Brice both of Ridgefield; maternal grandparents, Edward and Elaine Garzarelli of Saratoga Springs, NY and her paternal grandparents, John Brice of Cairo, NY and Carol Brown of Hickory, NC and an uncle, Gregory Garzarelli.
Interment will take place at the direction of the family.
The family will receive friends in the Kane Funeral Home, 25 Catoonah St., Ridgefield on Friday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
