Chevy Chase, the comedian/writer/television and film actor whose Saturday Night Live and film characters include Fletch and Clark Griswold from National Lampoon’s Vacation, will join Christine O’Leary as the special guest emcee of the Wednesday, May 1, HamletHub's "A Whole New You" Series Rock and Roll Couture Fashion show at The Ridgefield Playhouse. Chevy Chase is often considered one of the most likeable comedic personalities of his generation. "Women That Rock", who give back to their communities, will model the “inner rock star” duds of designer Lauren DiNardo at 7:30 p.m. A complimentary champagne tasting, Sweetooth Katonah cupcakes, jewelry, make-up applications from Adam Broderick Salon & Spa, motorcycles from Empire Harley-Davidson of New Rochelle, classic cars in the parking lot and more will serve as the lobby prelude to this unique night-out. A portion of the ticket sales will benefit the Newtown First Responders fund established by The Ridgefield Playhouse with Newtown. This fund will help support the ongoing need for psychological trauma services for first responders and survivors of the Sandy Hook shootings.
