The Ridgefield Fireworks are scheduled for Thursday, July 4th, at Ridgefield High School and yes, should the weather refuse to cooperate, there is a contingency plan. The rain date for the fireworks will be Saturday, July 6. The gates will open at 6:00pm, and the fireworks will start at dusk.
Parking passes are $15 per car load and will be available at three Fairfield County Bank branches, two on Danbury Road in Ridgefield and the Georgetown branch. You can also purchase a pass at Ridgefield Chamber of Commerce and Town Hall.
Please note: there will be buses that will run from Scotland and Barlow for overflow parking.
