I am a huge fan of Koko Fit. I am getting fit, it keeps me motivated, and I feel great. For me, the hook was a customized work-out with the computerized personal trainer for strength and flexibility training that makes all the decisions about what exercises, how many reps, what weights and the exact pace you should do each exercise in each work out session. My goals are strength and flexibility, specific to tennis and golf. There seem to be a lot of people also focused on losing weight too. There are approx 130 different strength programs the computer pulls from to customize an individual's plan. Lots of variety, no workout is exactly the same. I also really like the cardio component that has a trainer talking you through a pre-recorded treadmill or elliptical workout.
Finally, there is a point system as well as other measurements like e-BMI and periodic strength test that both keep me motivated and shows exactly the progress I am making. Because of the flexible hours and short duration, I can run over for a quick workout when downtown for other reasons, before or after work, even on weekends without having to dedicate a big chunk of time. I found it easy to stick with it. In fact, if I skip several days (we all get busy), I really miss it. I've definitely seen benefits in my tennis and golf games too. Finally, the Fit Coaches are super friendly. You really feel encouraged going into Koko Fit.
