Prospect at The Prospector Theater Transitions to New Position
The Prospector Theater is happy to announce that Lauren Bonistalli, a Prospect since the Theater opened its doors, will be transitioning to a new job with The Chip Neumann Team at Neumann Real Estate. She will join The Chip Neumann Team as Client Services Coordinator.
Chip Neumann shares, “We are fortunate to have Lauren joining our Team and sharing her energy and sparkle with our office and clients. The passion that Lauren and other Prospects exude is contagious! We look forward to others in town following our lead."
Lauren could not be more pleased, “I am very excited for this new opportunity with The Chip Neumann Team. It would not have been possible without the support of the Prospector Theater. They showed me my sparkle and now I can spread it anywhere!” Lauren explains. Lauren plays many parts at the Prospector, including ushering on crowded weekends, running the Box Office, assisting with Development, having fun on the Street Team, being in Prospector Productions, and training fellow Prospects valuable skills to bring to their jobs. Whatever her task is, Lauren does it with a contagious smile and boundless energy.
The ball started rolling after Heather Neumann Salaga learned about the Prospector Theater and was immediately drawn to its mission, to gainfully employ and educate adults with disabilities. Heather’s passion for the sparkle of the Prospector inspired her father and teammate, Chip Neumann, to learn more about the Theater and its Prospects. After collaborative sessions with Prospector leadership, Chip and Heather are thrilled to have created a structured employment opportunity for a Prospect, both supporting the Prospector’s mission and adding value to their Team and clients.
Visionary and founder Valerie Jensen is thankful for Heather’s passion and that Chip created an opportunity, and they collectively believe in the Prospector's mission. “I value businesses and individuals who see possibilities within our Prospects beyond just donating to us like a charity. Creating structure and relevance within their business is the kind of institutional change we are hoping to pioneer. We are thankful to The Chip Neumann Team that they recognized our Prospects as the fully functioning, hardworking, and value generating employees that we are.”
