Ridgefield Police want residents to be aware (but not alarmed) that the power company, Eversource will be taking aerial photographs of power lines in town today (01-08-2016).
According to Ridgefield Police Captain, Jeff Kreitz, they will be flying a black helicopter with red lettering on it. The helicopter may be flying low at times.
There is no need for concern if you see them flying.
