Winter Storm Jonas expected to be light in Ridgefield

Snowstorm Jonas is expected to drop up to 2 feet of snow in Washington, DC, and up to 18 inches in New York City, but it will mostly spare Ridgefield.

Ridgefield should still expect strong winds, with gusts over 40 mph. The prediction is for the snow to begin in Ridgefield early Saturday morning between 7am and 8am, and drop between 3-5 inches until it tapers off Saturday Night. The heaviest snow and highest winds in Ridgefield should be during the afternoon on Saturday.
