Kayla Ruscoe of Ridgefield passed away unexpectedly on December 10, 2016. Born on October 25, 1991, Kayla was the daughter of the late Joey-Lynne and Bill Ruscoe. She spent her life living in Ridgefield in the home where she was raised. Throughout the years she worked as a Barista at the Ridgefield Starbucks, where her sarcastic sense of humor kept her coworkers amused.
In her life, she enjoyed a large variety of activities including cooking, sewing, hiking, and traveling. She is survived by her father Bill Ruscoe, twin sister Rebecca Ruscoe and younger sister Bianca Ruscoe and her paternal grandparents May VanWagner and Bob VanWagner. She is also survived by the love of her life Joey Aleksandrowicz of New Milford, her cats Melvin, Monster, Boots, Bear, and her favorite pup, Sadie.
She was a beautiful, smart, funny, loving, loyal, wonderful young woman that was taken too soon. She will be missed by everyone who knew her.
Friends will be received on Sunday, April 29, 2018 from 12 Noon to 2 PM at Kane Funeral Home; 25 Catoonah Street, Ridgefield with interment immediately following in Mapleshade Cemetery, Ridgefield.
