Former Ridgefield Fire Department Chief Richard Nagle has passed at age 77

Ridgefield Professional Firefighters have announced the passing of former Ridgefield Fire Department Chief Richard Nagle. Richard (Dick) Nagle passed away on December 27.

 

"We are saddened to report the passing of former RFD Chief Richard Nagle who was chief of the Ridgefield Fire Department for 11 years. Nagle was most recently the deputy chief of the Croton-on-Hudson Fire Department, and also served in Tarrytown, White Plains and FDNY," they said.

 

Memorial contributions can be made to The Burn Center at Westchester Medical Center in his memory, according to Yorktown Funeral Home.
